Exporting problems Premiere Pro 2020

Hi everybody!
i'm having a problem with the export. when i set the format, codec and other settings, i start the export but it doesn't start, the program doesn't seem to respond, the screen freezes and then i have to use the task manager to close the premiere. does anyone know how i could solve this problem?

I think it looks like a known issue. You can see the article mentioned by @Mike_Dziennik and follow the steps. I hope that helps.

I just started having the same problem yesterday.  I went to export media for a project, sent it to the Media Encoder queue and clicked start and nothing happened.  Tried this several times to no avail.  Tried to export directly from Premier, the window opens up saying the render is starting, but nothing happens.  I tried restarting the computer-- didn't work.  I tried exporting another sequence from another project-- didn't work.  I unistalled Premier and re-installed it.-- didn't work.  I installed Premier on a different computer and tried it.-- didn't work.  Something is WRONG here!

Anyone have any ideas about what is going on?
