Is it possible to export -simultaneously- timeline sequences that are not adjacent? Something like pressing shift while selecting files, can i do the same with sequences in a timeline?

You can batch encode sequences, but I don't know that you can export multiple parts of a timeline at once. If you have everything in one sequence, you would want to set your in/out points, choose your export settings, and then Queue the media to Media Encoder. After that it will remember the settings you used last time for the next export from the same sequence, so you can move down your timeline setting in/out points and adding to Queue.

Alternatively, you'd want to set this up so that you had a different sequence/timeline for each video. Then in the Project Panel you can select multiple sequences and right click>Export Media. You'll get a prompt to choose your export settings as normal, the one caveat is that it doesn't give you an option to rename/change location. It will default to the name of the sequence and to the last location that sequence was saved to. If your AME doesn't start auto-encoding, you can change the locations from there.
