exporting to media encorder

So i am trying to export a video but when click on queue it tells me that i media encoder is not installed while i have it installed and its running.

If you haven't restarted your computer you might try that first. Then I would uninstall ME and reinstall and see if that works. More intensive things to try would be to uninstall all Adobe apps then reinstall after running the cleaner.

Also, reboot your computer between steps even if you are not asked to...
