Exporting to Premiere from Final Cut brings me tons of tracks

Hello,

I'm trying to export a Final Cut project into Premiere, when I do the audio tracks seem to be spreading down to around 50 rows, as opposed to being right below the video footage.  Is it to do with meta tags or settings in Final Cut? Please advise.
