Exporting to Youtube is Pixelly

Hi,

Every time I export my Premiere Pro video to Youtube it ends up looking pixelly. Here is a recent video I did and it doesn't look great - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uVz2cunqD7I&feature=youtu.be

Any advice?
