I'm also having issues. rendering uses 1 core, no gpu activity

My system is:

xeon e5 2687 14core/28threads

radeon 380 4gb

32gb ram

Export and render in/out maxes 1 thread to 80-100% the 27 other threads sits idle, and gpu activity is 0 eventhough opencl is chosen

Godamnit adobe, premiere was slow before, and now this? i have signed up for a resolve course, i guess this is goodbye

I am waisting a days work each week, due to bugs. i guess you dont like your users anymore

What graphics driver are you using?

The only thing I can comment on is GPU usage. Are you using GPU Accelerated effects on the sequences? Unless you are, only the CPU will be involved. They have a list, it's stuff like color correction, Warp Stabilizer, that sort of thing.

Using only one core is wrong, of course. No clue why that is happening.
