Exporto pero video sin movimiento

Question

Saludos soy nuevo en premiere, exporto un pequeño video de 1 minuto y al reproducirlo no tiene movimiento, solo suena el audio, el equipo es nuevo y.muy  potente. Imagino q en la exportacion algo configuro mal. No se ve ni exportando a 1080 YouTube.  Muchas gracias

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:

Shutter Encoder may also be used to convert to Constant Frame Rate:
