Exporto video con H.264 y falla (AYUDAA)

¡Hola!, No se si alguien me pueda ayudar.
Edite un video con duracion de 2:59 y cuando lo exporto con H.264 el video se alarga a una duracion de 5:09, el video se ve muy lento y el audio corre a tiempo normal, lo trate de hacer con diferentes ajustes predeterminados (mateniendo la calidad del video) y aun asi el error permanece.
Busque soluciones escritas o en youtube y al parecer no hay informacion de este problema.
Mi ordenador es un hp pavilion laptop 15-cw1xxx, espero que alguien me pueda ayudar en como solucionar esto.

If you are exporting with Hardware Encoding, try turning it to Software Encoding.

This would be a very common thing if the media on that sequence was VFR ... variable frame-rate, where the camera/application making the recording varies the frame-rate as it sees a need for frames to record motion. If it's a fairly static scene, it will record fewer frames, an 'active' subject or camera, it will record more frames.

This includes nearly every phone out there, and nearly all screen-capture applications.

If so, it's best to convert to CFR (constant frame rate) before adding to Premiere. Use the free app HandBrake to do the conversion. In the Video tab, set both the option to convert to CFR by clicking the little circle and set a specific number as the frame-rate in that box.

Then in compression, raise the quality until it says "near placebo".

Import that file into Premiere, and replace the clip on the timeline with it.
