Extendscript change clip speed

Hi, 

I've been trying to change the clip's speed via extendscript, however all answers I found all point to it's impossible to do that. 

May I ask has the extendscript been updated, and now it's possible to change the clip's speed? Or is there any other way to change the speed via code?
