Extendscript : trouble adding multiple audios (not inserted at the right time + clips being cropped)

Hello,

I tried to insert few clips by extendscript

and I noticed that they did not necessarily respect the TIME (seconds) given to them, and sometimes audio clips get cropped?

And this clip was supposed to be added at 7:25 , yet it was added at : 7:77 for some reason?

I am so confused.

Help please.
