Extensiones de Premiere Pro Bloqueadas

Hola! Necesito una solucion para poder activar la ventana de extensiones en Premiere Pro 24.2.1. Cuando voy a la ventana "Ver" y quiero seleccionar "extensiones", ésta aparece de color gris como si estuviese bloqueado.
Por favor si alguien puede ayudarme
