"extensions" in "window" is grey, not white.

and i can not download third part app to creative cloud.

i wanted to install soundstripe and i did.

the software was downloaded but i did not find it in creative cloud.

so i contacted soundstripe and they told me to uninstall and install again.

did that 5 times.

and the app soundstripe is still no were to be found in creative cloud.

then i found out io had a free acount on adope.

so i went ahed and bought a full membership 2houres ago.

but still same problem.
