Premiere Pro 25 won't open an external hard drive in media browser

Does your computer see it ok? If not it may because of the way that the drive is formatted.

Also please make sure to check filters.

It is recognized by all other apps on my computer except for the media browser in PP which shows it but won't open it. It is a read and write format on my Mac. I can import files from it if I do it as a new project but can't open the entire hard drive making it quite inconvenient.
