External Transitions are not working

I have been trying endlessly to make external transitions work by following all procedures, but to no avail. The transitions won't work! I have up to date premiere, a good device and different transition packs. I tried in a new project as well but the transitions are not working.

Usually there are adjustment layers on each side of the cut point. I can't see a cut point from your screenshot, with time indicator centered between those clips. But it doesn't look like there are any cuts there.

Make a copy of your sequence, then remove all the items not related to the clips and transition. Typically you want that button to the far left under the timecode of the timeline to be unselected when applying the transition.

Do you have a link to the transition on Evato?

It is this! And I followed all the instructions on multiple clips

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate before importing into Premiere Pro:

Yeah, there's way more info you need to provide. What kind of transitions, are they adjustment layers that go over the clips. What is not working. What specific thing can you say. How about some screenshots. Mac of PC. Lay it out.

They are video transition I downloaded off of Envato. Yes, there is a luts adjustment layer that goes over it. I followed the guideline provided by a few of the transition packs I tried, but whenever I implement it, the result is nothing. Meaning, no transition is implemented even when I have followed all instructions. It just cuts from one video clip to another.

You will have to follow the guidelines that come with these effects.

No point in looking at other tutorials as they can all work differently.

Make sure FX mute is off.
