Extremely slow preview in Macbook M3 Max

Hi everyone, I need your help as I'm having a lot of issues with Premiere Pro on my 48GB MacBook Pro M3 Max. Since updating to the new version, all my previous and new projects have been performing poorly in preview. I have to wait about 10 minutes for it to play for 3 or 4 minutes, and then it goes back to previewing and it's really slow again.

- All the footage is on a Thunderbolt 4 SSD (40GBps).
- The project files are on the SSD.
- The media cache is saved in a folder on the computer.
- Premiere's storage is 48GB.
- Sequence settings (same as all the sequences I've tested):
Resolution: 1080 x 1920
29.97 fps
48000 Hz - Stereo
Working color space: Rec. 709

The files I use are: MOV H.264 10 Bit 4:2:2 V-Log, 3840 x 2160.

Before updating, I could view all my old projects perfectly; now everything is very slow.

I have just bought a Mac Studio M3 Ultra and installed After Effects 2026. Slow preview. When i move a foota with the mouse it is like the preview works in 4 frames / second (chopped movment) . When i press space bar for preview it takes 1 or 2 seconds to start the preview. When i close After Effects some pannels goes black before clossing. I worked 12 hours ith AI trying to solve this but i gues that M3 ULTRA is not compatible with Adobe.

I already fixed it, I had to go back to version 25.4, the following versions cause a lot of slowness in the system, in my office we have 3 macbooks with m3 max and we had to go back to that version.

I see that you have your disk cache in a folder but have you tried clearing your Media and Disk Cache in Preferences?
