Eyedropper problem

The eyedropper is not selecting the right color, kinda crippling my workflow. Screenshot attached. running at 4k with 175% scaling. Tried 150% too to no avail. My effect controls and my program window are both on my main screen.

Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card and your source properties and sequence settings.

win 10 14.7 64gb i7 7800x radion pro wx5100 source and sequence are 4k mp4

1 other crummy pannel so bad im not even sure what the resolution is but i don't use it for pro anyway.

RE: when i switch to a stock adobe workspace it seems to work ok. 14.6 and 14.5 suffered bugs with custom workspaces too, please fix 🙂
