When i want to select a color from Program Monitor for a color matte, colors are not matches with the screen. It can not select the exact color. What i'm doing wrong? If i change the settings of renderer as "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only" everything works properly. And always i have to do this when i need it. For example i can't use the green screen overlay videos. Ultra Key dosen't remove the greens and still shows green colors. I don't want to always do this when i need it. Please help me!

I tried to explain with an example in Youtube. Link below.

Hi there!

Sorry about that. We've tested this issue on our end. It looks like GPU related issue. Could you try updating your macOS to Ventura 13.6?

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

KR
