Failure to save project

Everytime I save a new project my timeline dissapears.

Many times it also freezes in the saving process

I'm an experienced user.

I have the latest version of PremirePro CC

I have an I7 PC

32gigs of ram

GTX 1080 GPU

    Trash Preferencs or reinstall.

    Resetting the preferences didn't work.

    If I follow the instructions and uninstall the program before I run the cleaner.  Premire isn't listed in the cleaning options.  I tried to clean all and it did not work.
