fan working high speed on windows 10 - creative cloud 4.3.0.256

Newly bought DELL inspiron Intel core I7 8550U CPU, 64 bits, HD SSD, with windows 10 family.

Every time I open Photoshop or Première Pro I get the fan working full speed for 15 to 20" , stopping and starting up again when using the different functionalities.

Any idea what might be causing this ?
