FAQ: How do I create a roll or crawl (scrolling credits) with the Essential Graphics panel?

In the new Title tool, the only way to make a title roll or crawl is to add keyframes to the position of the layer(s).  Use only Position keyframes in the Transform controls for the Text layer, not the Position keyframes in the Motion parameters.

• Sorry, there is no automatic roll generator in this version. We expect to provide automatic rolls in a future release.
• You might consider using the Legacy Titler or one of the installed templates or "Credits," in this case.
