Faster AS11 exports

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for any tips or tricks on getting faster exports of AS11 files.

I currently only have access to a 2015 MacBook Pro, and the 20 min sequence is fairly GFX heavy, with different resolution clips scattered throughout, and it averages out at 1hr - 1hr 30.

Sequence settings are AVC Intra 100 1080i, 25fps.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
