Fastspring subscription data & analytics

Is there a way to get notifications about which users subscribed to a ZXP extension (paid for a subscription), which churned (discontinued the subscription) and their contact details? Otherwise any form of ID that I can correlate to the plugin itself so that I can analyze their use journey and understand what worked for them and what didn't.
