FCP 6/7 to Premiere

I have literally hundreds of old projects using Final Cut Pro 6 or 7, depending on the project age. I still have access to the computers that can run FCP, but all of my current work is on Premiere. Is there any practical way to convert, even approximately, those projects to Premiere?
