Feature/bug-fix request: Ability to undo changes to text fields in bin, such as log notes

Here's a very simple bug that should have been fixed long ago. If I go through the time and energy of typing a detailed log note or other text info for a clip, but then I accidentally delete that text, executing an Undo command does NOT bring the text back. (And deleting the text by mistake is pretty easy to do if you make the small error of pressing space bar or return when all the text is highlighted.)
