File export freeze but premiere doesn't show any error

Question

Hi everyone,

I have this problem. When I export a video, Premiere rendering and save correctly and doesn't show any error.

But when I view the file in my finder and I lunch via Quick time or other player I notice that the video run since a point and after freeze...but the lenght are correctly.

For example. The last video edited was 1 minute finished. At 50 sec the image is freezed but the lenght are correctly 1 minute. So is freexed for the last 10 second.

Maybe a codec problem??

Hi tommaso5E2C,

We're sorry about the poor experience. Have you tried importing the exported media in Premiere Pro & checked if it's playing properly? Also, have you exported the media in H.264 format? Let us know, we're here to help.
