file format not supported issue

so i downloaded some title animations from a website which i often use but when i try to import them into my premier it shows file format is not supported....... does anyone know what should i do?

    If the animations are motion graphics ... mogrts ... you don't 'import' them the way you would media. You import them through the Graphics workspace browsing tab, bottom right corner of the Essential Graphics Panel there's an icon for it. Or in the drop-down boxes.

    What is the file format? That part of the name is cut off.
