Having trouble uploading a near hour long video from an airdropped video shot on an iphone 15 pro. My desktop's specs should be enough to do its job but I'm not sure what's going on.

Try a local drive instead of one drive

try to update your video card driver to the latest 'Studio' updates

try to reset the preferences

send us more info about your system specs and premiere pro version

you can encode your video using Media Encoder or Handbrake to something

like QuickTime Cineform or H.264
