File importer detected an inconsistency Error

Hello,

 

I am trying to import a 22gb clip into premiere to work on but I am getting an error saying the file importer detected an inconsistency. I looked on the interenet etc and I see its due to space but all my hard drives have tons of space. Anyone know another way around?

    Figured it out. I changed the name of the file and it worked. I dont think it didnt like the date etc which I was just going to change anyways but wanted to test it out first.
