file location of premiere pro effect presets

they better have a file location, or I'm going to go mental.

Had a computer epic fail, reinstalled windows.  Starting the painful process of getting all my creative suite programs up to speed again (why is this not done from one place in the cloud app?)

ppro cc up to date.

    beacuse its not with other adobe apps.

    Anyhow I found it

    found:Effect Presets and Custom Items.prfpset file.

    @jim simon

    your answer seems to indicate that ppro presets are stored in the cloud.  Can you elaborate?
