File only shows 30% of total footage and no audio

Everytime i import my file to premiere pro it only showes 30% of the total footage and no audio (But all the audi waves are present) . however if i play the footage back from the files, everything is there and it all works perfectly.

I have tried by opening it in different versions of premiere pro, and also by locating it in premiere pro and the replacing clip from ''bin'', but that also doesn't work. 

if you have any suggestions or may now the solution please comment.

    I spend some more time problem solving and i fixed it!

    Here´s how i did it. (if other people run into the same issue)

    Step 1: copy the originel recording file
    Step 2: Offline the entire Media file in Premiere pro
    Step 3: replace the offlined media file with the copy of the original recording file.

    Diagonal "danger bars" are PPro saying "Based on the media description there is purportedly source media during this time range, but I can't find it."

    One common way this occurs is with camera-named media; one can get lots of instances of "C0001.mp4". 

    Can we have a copy of the problematic file, and the containing .prproj? Private upload space available, upon request.

    Also when i opened it in premiere pro 2024, it showed these diagonal danger stripes.

    And when i tried to ''replace with clip'' and then ''from bin'' anywhere on the media file, it would replace it with the same 30 seconds clip that is at the beginning of the media file.

    That's also the only part of the file that works fine, the first 2 min.

    It's only this media file, the rest are completely fine.

    I  have tried it with setting in/out points on the media,s project item and that also doesn't work.

    i do see the in/out points from the clip in the source monitor. so that works.

    Does this affect all media, or just one media file?
    Have you set in/out points on the media's project item? [If you open it in the source monitor, do you see in/out points?]
