File path is the same, but all media is lost

Sometimes when I open a project file

File path is the same, but all media is lost
Auto Save is also missing
When using link media, the beginning of the video is repeated in every cut and is out of sync
Moving the working folder itself to the drive also causes the same problem
Even after reinstalling Premiere Pro, the same problem occurs.

Why the hell is this?
