File zxp for Envato Elements is not working

I downloaded the zxp file from Adobe plugins page and it seems to not work. Can you attach the working zxp file?

Adobe Premiere Pro 2024. But it really seems like the file from Adobe site is damaged.

If I had the unzipped ZXP file as a folder to paste into my Common Files folder it could have solved my issue.
