Files have been relinked to timeline but the in and outs times are incorrect.

Hi All,

I have recently moved all of my footage including my premier pro project. After doing this I opened my project up to continue editing and realised that the in's and out's of the clip I originally have changed. Its linked it to the right clip but the section that I chose has changed. Has anyone else experienced this issue if so please help.
