Files will not show in import screen if a DJI.DNG folder is in the same folder as your other files

Question

On premire pros Import screen if there is a DJI.DNG file in the same folder as other media then no media will be able to be seen.

For example if i have a folder with a jpeg images Raw Nef images and .mov files in the import screen will show the jpeg and .mov files but not the raw files as expected as the raw neff image files are not supported. However if you add a DJI.DNG file into the folder then no files are visable in the import window. there is something about having a DJI.DNG file in the folder that the system cant handle.

I can confirm that I am having the same problem with Premiere Pro. Even if I move the DNG files outside of the folder and only have MP4 videos filmed with a DJI drone, I still can't see them when I try to import them into a sequence. I have tried shutting down Premiere Pro and restarting it, but the issue persists.
