Final Output Adds Extra Seconds When Exporting at 29.97/59.97/23.98 fps in Premiere Pro

I'm encountering an issue with Premiere Pro where my final video output is longer than the original timeline after exporting. Specifically, a video with a timeline duration of 00:39:21:18 ends up being 00:39:24:00 after export, despite setting the export frame rate to 29.97 fps. I've confirmed that both my sequence and export settings are consistent and set to 29.97 fps. This also applies to other footages and output of 23.98 & 59.97 Here are the details:

• Premiere Pro Version: Up to date (V. 24.2)
• Sequence Settings: 29.97 fps
• Export Settings: H.264, 29.97 fps
• Source Footage Frame Rate: 29.98

I've checked for frame rate consistency across my footage, sequence, and export settings. Additionally, I've verified that I'm using the latest version of Premiere Pro.

Could this discrepancy in the video length be related to a setting I might have overlooked, or is it a known issue with a workaround? Any insights or advice on how to ensure the exported video matches the original timeline duration exactly would be greatly appreciated.
