Question

Finding that ONE faulty frame...

I am very new to Premiere Pro. I am trying to edit a clip I took with my drone. The camera is panning smoothly and suddenly one little hickup, and then it goes on back to being smooth.  Yes, I want to delete that one frame, but before that, how do I even find that needle in the haystack.  The numbers are rolling by so fast, that by the time I react to that jerk, it's lost again...

Please help !!

Use the left and right arrow keys on the keyboard to move the playhead one frame at a time.
