Fix speed ramp and motion combination bug.

Anytime a clip is speed ramped, the clip's motion cannot be changed. Instead, you need to nest the clip, create your motion within the nest, and then speed ramp the nest itself. This is very annoying, as you constantly have to go into your nest and back out of it, trying to line everything up perfectly. Seems like this should be an easy fix and I'm sure I'm not the only one complaining about it, so I don't understand why it hasn't been fixed yet. Please.
