Hi, im currently trying to implement an effect to my video similar to the one I saw on Youtube. It's kinda like a glow or flash highlighting the person before doing an attack. Also, how can I set the picture that pops out behind the guy? It's hard to explain so I've attached the GIFS of the videos below

The Youtube video:

My video:

Any help is appreciated, thanks a lot

You've got a bit of work to do. Setting the picture of the guy that pops out is a matter of masking the picture you want to use to appear "behind" the guy. You just set the image in on a frozen frame of video, mask around your live action dude and then scale the image up over whatever amount of time you want that to happen and then move your mask with some keyframes. Then unfreeze the video with a fade out of the image and you're done that part. Glow and sparks tutorials are everywhere, do a search on YouTube probably and you'll find stuff everywhere. Simple tracking and placements of a lens flare or something would work.
