Font Has Changed Error

I have been getting this error intermittently the last few days out of the blue. I haven't been installing fonts or using any adobe fonts. Its happened both when exporting from Premiere and Media Encoder. Using 23.3 to avoid that horrendous relinking bug. Windows 11, 2080ti, Threadripper 3960, 128gb ram, exporting from a Teams Project.

Anyone had this one recently?

It happened again and I noticed that something called:

svchost.exe Service Host: Windows Font Cache Service

Was running in the background. Maybe windows is doing something and premiere is getting triggered by it?
