Fonts break randomly

I do not have any other fonts other than the default Adobe fonts. But when I was working on a project, before 43:18 (project is 2 minuites lond) all of the text boxes I put there reset to Lucinda Grande(my current default.) It also does not let me switch the font to something else. Im also quite new, so I dont know what to do here.
