Fonts display as different size, properties panels says they're the same

Hi,

I've got 2 instances where I'm using Helvetica Neue. I want the type to be the same size across multiple projects. Project A, says the the type is 100 px, and but Project B says the same, but Project B is displaying the type much bigger. The screenshots were taken with the main screen set to 75%, and both projects are 1920x1080. Any idea why there's a discrepancy?
