Fonts in Regular and Bold format appearing as an incorrect font

I tried the latest version of Premiere, reset app preferences - Neither worked. Don’t waste your time trying to do this.

I think something within the custom-installed font itself is screwing with Premiere. Obviously not the font itself’s fault, something to do with Premiere incorrectly interpreting multiple families. My solution was to use Adobe’s version of the font (fine, stupid stupid Adobe), but I suspect uninstalling every font of the family except the one you need (hopefully you only need 1 :( ) would work as well.

Is this happening to all fonts or just a particular font?

If a particular font, where is it from, and how did you install it?

If all fonts, try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.ut.
