Fonts installed on my computer don't show in Premiere

Hi all, 

We are using Essential Graphics in Premiere with a specific font: Cooper Hewitt.

I have installed the font without any problem but Premiere keeps giving the error window saying it can not find the font.

I have uploaded the font in Adobe Fonts but it doesn't change anything.

I'm on PC windows 10.
