Fonts Not Loading into Essential Graphics Templates

I know this is an issue that is reported a lot, and I don't understand why it has not been fixed. Every time I shut down PP, when I restart the essential graphics panel will not load fonts for motion graphics templates. In the past I would delete my media cache files as has been suggested in other posts, but now this no longer seems to work, and I don't understand why I should have to do this over and over again.

The issue seems to go away after a update, but then on subsequent opening of the app, it returns. Is there a solution and why has this not been fixed after reporting it for several years?

Creative Cloud the app takes responsibility for that. You do have it open and running?

Oh, And it's not a bad idea to delete the media cache quite regularly. Well done.

You're welcome. 🙂

I believe the fonts are checked in the app opening phase, so, yes, have it running when you open a Creative Cloud app.

Here's a screenshot of a bunch of fonts I load up to make sure they are downloaded, etc.

Thank you, that did work, at least for now. I had to shut down PP and reopen it after CC was running.

I have actually tried that in the past and it did not work. The only thing that would work was deleting the media cache files, but that stopped working a couple of updates ago.

Yes, open it and see if they load up. It could take a few minutes. I created a project in AE that shows 25 or 30 fonts I use so I load that up when I have questions if a font is loaded.

No, it is not open. It needs to be?
