footage freeze in program monitor with intrepreted footage and time remapping together

as shown in the video ,I have a 60fps footage and Interpreted into 30fps on 30fps timeline, i did time remapping on it, and when played in program monitor, it only shows a freeze frame instead of the video, It was solved by rendering it, but once you make any changes to it, it will be the same again

Hi Carlos, Cool looking video. Can you try transcoding the source footage to ProRes? Let us know how it works afterward. This might have to do with your footage. It might be VFR.

    Sorry I'm not fimiliar with transcoding and Prores, can you explain abit detailed how to do that? the footage is filmed on gopro7
