Footage greyed out on timeline and cant use lumetric colour effects

I have rendered my timline and it fixes the problem temporaily however as soon as i make any lumetirc adjustments to a particular piece of footage it greys out again and the line up top goes yellow. i think it is a rendering problem but not sure how to rectify. Any help much appreciated thanks Iam running windows 10 PC & premiere 22 latest update thanks
