Footage have red color cast on timeline but not on source monitor

So it was happening this before on like the 2020 version and here we are back at the same problem, so as you will notice on the attached screenshot, the footage on the timeline have red color cast and nothing on the source monitor, at this example you will notice it is a LOG footage but it does the same on any type of footage, so if anyone have some type of idea wether this is technical issue or a bug or maybe there is a solution it will be great to known as i believe i am not the only one having this issue
