Footage playback "washes out" during scrubbing either on source or program monitors.

During scrubbing, both the source and program monitors will “wash out” the footage slightly. I’ve attached two screenshots showing the issue: the first shows the source monitor after I have scrubbed to a frame, but I haven’t released the mouse button yet. The second shows the exact same situation, the only difference being I’ve released the mouse. (The difference is significantly more noticeable on the actual screen.)

This occurs on any footage type I’ve tried, including Red and Blackmagic Raw.
