Footage reverted to the old one after replacing and rendering

When I replace a watermarked music clip with an unwatermarked version in my Premiere Pro project, it plays back fine as the unwatermarked version during editing. However, after rendering the final video, the audio reverts to the watermarked version.

When I render the final video again a few days later, this situation no longer occurs.This consumed a lot of time..😭
