Force Premiere to update to 24.2?

I've been having some problems with 24.1, so I downgraded back to 24.0.3 and have stayed there for a while. (In my case, moving items around in the program monitor was jerky and frustrating). So, Premiere has been pestering me to update, and I've been ignoring it.

However, I see that there has been 24.2 out for a while, but the CC app won't let me update to it. The highest version number it shows is 24.1. I tried letting it update to 24.1 in the hopes that it would see 24.2, but it's convinced that 24.1 is the current version.

I've tried rolling the app back & forth, killing CC, rebooting, and quietly swearing at it, all to no avail. Is there a way for force an update, or manually download the latest version, or something? (this is on Windows 10, if that's relevant.)
